How are the products delivered?
All our products are well packaged and delivered to you by one of our regular suppliers.
Decofood materials are packaged individually or in multiples in cardboard boxes.
In addition, they are provided with filling material such as paper, cushion foil or extra cardboard.
We can send multiple boxes for large orders or products.

Are Decofood products suitable for children?
All Decofood products are intended for decoration. The counterfeit food products smell, look and feel very real. They are therefore explicit not suitable as a children's toy. We recommend that you always keep the decoration food out of the reach of children. These decofood products contain small parts that resemble real food.
Decofoodshop accepts no liability if our products are used in a way other than for decoration. See also article 12 paragraph 2 of our General Terms and Conditions.
How real do Decofood products seem?
In addition to a very wide range of imitation food, Decofoodshop also distinguishes itself by the very good quality of our products. All products are counterfeit on the model of real food products.
Both the size and the color are very true to life and in most cases hardly distinguishable from the real thing.
The weight and surface of our Decofood products also approach those of real food products as far as possible. We call the natural surface and feel of the products: “natural touch”. This is also displayed with the relevant products.
What material are the Decofood products made of?
The composition of the fake food is very diverse. The following materials are used, among others: plastic, metal, Styrofoam/Tempex (= polystyrene), mortar, lime, paper, textile, sisal, coconut, glue, dyes, sand, seeds, quartz and rubber.
Can Decofood products be used outdoors?
Decofood products are not specially developed for outdoor applications. A large part of the range is very sturdy and has a high-quality finish. However, the lifespan for outdoor use can differ per product.
As a rule, we recommend using the products temporarily outside, but not permanently.
We cannot guarantee the quality and lifespan for outdoor use.
Prices and discounts:
Decofoodshop shows the price with and without VAT for all products.
When do I get a discount?
Discounts are automatically calculated in the Decofoodshop webshop.
All standard discounts are listed next to the relevant product.
You can also find special promotions on our homepage or via the newsletter.
Businesses:
For companies within the EU it is possible to transfer VAT in some cases.
You do this by stating your company details and VAT identification number at checkout.
Decofoodshop checks this information immediately.
You will immediately receive your order confirmation and later also an invoice by e-mail.
Guarantee:
Am I entitled to warranty?
Yes, like any consumer, you are entitled to a guarantee.
You will find all warranty conditions unambiguously and clearly in our general terms and conditions.
In addition, we guarantee a correct handling of complaints.

It can be useful for companies to first receive an overview of the expected costs.
We will prepare a quote for this free of charge and without obligations. You will receive this from us by email.

Is it possible to view the products?
Unfortunately, Decofoodshoop does not have a physical store. We do receive business customers in our warehouse by appointment to assess products and discuss orders.
