- You placed an order as a consumer. (non-commercial order).
- No problem! Bee Decofoodshop we understand that. And so you can always report within 14 days after the day of receipt of your order that you want to return the product.
- You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. For returning the order, the return costs are for your account.
- We will credit the amount within 14 days. You can also use the model form (see end of general terms and conditions or download the form at the bottom of this page).

- You can also request Decofoodshop to organize the transport for you. Please indicate your preferred date (Mon-Fri) on which the collection should take place. Decofoodshop will then ensure that a carrier will pick up the package that day. Please note. In this case, the actual return costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. These transport costs may be higher than the costs you paid for your shipment.
- Please also read the text below carefully. This relates to the costs and the refund of your payment.
Costs and chargebacks:
- Decofoodshop reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Decofoodshop for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer reports the withdrawal. Unless the consumer offers to collect the product himself, Decofoodshop may wait with paying back until it has received the product. Decofoodshoop uses the same means of payment that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.
- Return costs are always for the buyer, Decofoodshop is responsible for the transport costs of a possible replacement product in case of damage upon delivery.
- When we have received the product back, we will check it for signs of use and damage. After this check, we will immediately refund the purchase amount minus any return costs to your account, no later than 14 days after receipt.
- All costs concern the actual transport costs. Decofoodshop does not aim for profit in this.
- During the viewing period, the consumer will handle the product and the packaging with care. He will only unpack the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product.
- If the consumer makes use of his/her right of withdrawal, the consumer will return the product with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging to Decofoodshop.
- Decofoodshop will assess immediately after receipt of the returned goods whether they have been returned in a correct condition.
